Don't get me wrong, I completely understand that everyone has their own beliefs, philosophies, values, etc when it comes to children/families. I am the youngest of five. My mom was the youngest of five. I am used to growing up in a big family but this is like the super size family! It is a blessing that they are having their 20th child but I just hope there are no complications like they had the last time. And maybe this will be her final pregnancy because she is 45 and would you really want to be pregnant in your 50's?!
But in other news of expecting, my cousin & his wife are expecting twins! They have the sweetest little girl Elliot who is 4 years old and I am so elated for them that they are doubly blessed after trying for so long. I think my aunt is throwing them a baby shower so I am SO EXCITED to go shopping for baby clothes! And I hope they're girls (they're suppose to be identical twins) but I bet they're hoping boys to carry on the family name. Whatever the case may be, as long as the babies are healthy, that is all that matters.
And considering I am now somewhat awake and alert, I am going to go shower, treat myself to a relaxing manicure and then go to school for the rest of the day. SCORE!
i just read this on people.com too :) i can't imagine 20 kids (and i am the 6th of 7 kids!). but at least they are raising nice, decent children :)
