I feel that for maybe once in my life, I hit something on the money and I am being blessed. I have gone through so much as an undergrad and grad student to get to where I am as a certified teacher. One of my friends, Shannon, said that our undergrad school must have seen my application and said "Let's put this girl through the ringer" because she doesn't know anyone but me who had such bad luck with school related things.
So, remember how I said that I received the permanent Spanish sub position I interviewed for? Well, I got a phone call from the district today. Apparently, a TA position in foreign language is opening up and they wanted to know if I would be interested in coming in to talk about that and possibly moving from permanent sub to Spanish position. I am sure they are also going to be interviewing other people for it as well (I think the lady said she has someone coming in at 9 tomorrow) but it is nice to know I have options. I don't wanna get hopes up because they could always chose someone else and keep me as the permanent Spanish sub but it is nice to know that there are options!
I also have to fix my W2 form because like the idiot that I am, I messed up! Ooops. Luckily they caught it and mailed me a new one. Ha ha.
So let's hope and see where tomorrow goes!
Good luck!!! :)
